The BCIU offers services to help young people continue their education when they find themselves in the extraordinary circumstances of homelessness or young parenthood. Examples of services for these young people include:
- Help with enrollment and school supplies, agency referrals, and tutoring programs for homeless children so that they may continue their education.
- Instruction for teenage parents on how to care for their babies, as well as help in continuing their education and/or finding employment.
