Room Rentals
Host Your Next Meeting at the BCIU
Meeting rooms are available Monday thru Friday for use between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Rooms are available for full-day (more than 4 hours) or half-day (four hours or less) rentals.
Rooms include tables and chairs set up in conference, cooperative learning or classroom configurations. Capacity options range from 18-118 people. Services and equipment are available for use upon request.

Customizable Room Layouts
Conference - Participants face each other while seated in the shape of a rectangle. Recommended for group discussions or board meetings.
Cooperative Learning - Participants face each other while seated around two rectangle tables pushed together. Recommended for workshops.
Classroom - Rows of tables and chairs, all facing towards the front of the room.
Round Tables - Participants are seated at round tables of 6 per table.
General Information
Rooms will not be availble during BCIU holidays unless prior approval is given by the BCIU Executive Director or his/her designee.
There are additional fees for security and housekeeping beyond the normal operating hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Gambling, tobacco, weapons, and controlled substances/alcohol are prohibited within the BCIU.
Only assistance animals are allowed on BCIU property.
