The BCIU has provided a full complement of tax billing services to school districts, county offices, and townships/municipalities in and outside Berks County for more than 30 years. Our software, eTaxTrax®, allows district or municipality personnel and tax collectors alike to manage taxpayer and property information throughout the tax year, from tax calculation to bill generation and printing, as well as tax collection and tracking, including the handoff to delinquent collections. The capability to do billing of miscellaneous taxes, such as garbage, water, sewer, etc., was added to eTaxTrax® a few years ago.
BCIU’s tax team, comprising tax support specialists, systems analysts, and Web developers, brings a wealth of technical expertise and years of tax experience to the table. We are constantly improving the software to meet our users’ needs. Team members are available to support clients throughout the working day by e-mail or by phone.
