We are excited to announce the launch of “Quick Connect,” a new short video (vlog) series for the 2024-2025 school year. This initiative aims to keep BCIU and Pennsylvania Key staff informed, engaged, and connected through very brief, unscripted, and informal videos of interactions with internal and external staff and partners, showing the impact of the BCIU and Pennsylvania Key programs and services in educational communities throughout Berks County and across the state.
Aligned with our commitment to Fostering a Culture of Belonging, “Quick Connect” will serve as a dynamic internal communication tool to enhance a sense of community among employees. Nurturing a positive organizational culture through concise, intentional stories, the videos will feature my participation in various activities and travels, spotlighting collaborations with staff and partners both within and outside our organization.
