Through our programs, partnerships, and community engagement efforts, we aim to strengthen the bonds that make us better together..
During the program-specific meetings, organizational priorities for 2024-2025 will be discussed and reviewed in detail. They are: Safety & Security, Culture of Belonging, and Financial Stability. The BCIU’s commitment to these priorities aligns closely with our mission of service and will set the course for a successful year ahead.
Organizational updates include cybersecurity initiatives; safety and security plans, improvements, and trainings; employee well-being resources; new website and app information; celebrations of milestone years of service; recognition of 2023-2024 employees of the month; 2024-2025 office priorities; and insights into the annual board policy acknowledgment process; among others.
