Seven staff members proudly completed the BCIU’s second cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program this fall. Designed to cultivate personal and professional growth, the program featured 90-minute collaborative learning sessions across three classes. Participants engaged in reflection and practical applications, partnering with mentors for personalized guidance. Focus areas included self-awareness, communication, and leadership skills. The sessions were led by Dr. Dan Richards, Dr. Christina Foehl, and Carissa Noel from the Office of Professional Learning.
Congratulations to our emerging leaders for their dedication and commitment to growth!
