While the primary focus of the Berks County Intermediate Unit is to serve the 70,000 students in Berks County, the BCIU offers services that extend into our local community. Businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and community members are invited to take advantage of the services available to you through the BCIU’s programs.
Creative Child Care Solutions is a fee for service program operated by the Pennsylvania Key to support employers as they assist their employees in accessing reliable, safe and affordable child care.
A branch of the Executive Office, the BCIU Creative Team provide aeffective, affordable, and high-quality marketing, communications, and design to our Berks County schools and community partners.
The BCIU Print Services Center provides professional printing services for any size job in color or black+white at a price that beats the cost of taking your printing needs to a local printing company or office supply store.
Our software, eTaxTrax®, allows district personnel and tax collectors alike to manage taxpayer and property information throughout the tax year, from tax calculation to bill generation and printing, as well as tax collection and tracking, including the handoff to delinquent collections.
The BCIU offers customizable and comfortable business-ready meeting space at its Main Office building (1111 Commons Boulevard, Reading, PA 19605).
